This Privacy Policy explains how CodeCraft Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") processes personal data when you use BotNexus ("BotNexus") at https://www.rsdash.net and related APIs (the "Service").

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch privacy law.

This policy applies to visitors, registered users, bot owners, community owners, voters, reviewers, and developers using our APIs.

It does not cover third-party websites, bots, or Discord/Fluxer servers you reach through links on the Service. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

• Account and identity data: platform user IDs, usernames, display names, avatars, and linked provider accounts (e.g. Discord, Fluxer).
• Authentication data: session identifiers and OAuth tokens stored as required to keep you signed in or verify server/bot ownership.
• Listing data: bot and community names, descriptions, media URLs, invite links, tags, and ownership verification status.
• Engagement data: votes, reviews, reports, saved listings, and related timestamps.
• Developer data: API token metadata (hashed tokens, labels, last-used timestamps), webhook endpoints, and stats payloads you submit.
• Optional contact data: notification email addresses you choose to provide in dashboard settings.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, request logs, and security/rate-limiting records.
• Discord server metadata: when you list a server or invite our listing bot, we may process guild IDs, approximate member counts, and server icons/names you authorize.

We collect data when you:

• Sign in through a supported OAuth provider.
• Create or edit bot or community listings.
• Vote, review, report content, or use dashboard features.
• Generate API tokens or receive webhooks as a developer.
• Contact us or interact with email notifications you opt into.
• Use features that read authorized Discord or platform information on your behalf.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating the Service (contract / legitimate interest).
• Authenticating users and verifying listing ownership (contract / legitimate interest).
• Displaying public listings, votes, reviews, and statistics (contract / legitimate interest).
• Moderation, abuse prevention, and platform safety (legitimate interest / legal obligation).
• Sending optional service emails such as listing status updates (consent or legitimate interest, depending on the message).
• Improving reliability, debugging, and security monitoring (legitimate interest).
• Complying with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests (legal obligation).

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as needed to operate the Service, with:

Processors act on our instructions and must provide appropriate safeguards. Public listing pages may display information you choose to publish, such as bot names, descriptions, and aggregate statistics.

• Infrastructure providers such as hosting and database services (e.g. Vercel, Supabase).
• Email delivery providers when you enable notifications (e.g. Resend).
• Platform APIs you connect (Discord, Fluxer) when you authenticate or verify ownership.
• Moderation or safety tooling where enabled (e.g. automated listing screening).
• Authorities or advisers when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by our vendors.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

Account and listing data is generally kept while your account or listing remains active. If you delete a listing or account, we remove or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for security, dispute resolution, backups, or legal compliance.

Security logs and aggregated analytics may be retained for a limited period consistent with operational needs.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies required for authentication, session management, locale preferences, and security.

These technologies are necessary for the Service to function and are not used for third-party advertising profiles on our site.
