Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BotNexus ("BotNexus", "we", "us", or "our") at https://www.rsdash.net, including our website, APIs, listing bot, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

BotNexus is operated by CodeCraft Solutions ("Operator").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, submitting a bot or server listing, or using our APIs, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use online services and Discord) to use the Service.

If you list a bot or community on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or if we have previously suspended or terminated your access.

You may sign in using supported identity providers (such as Discord or Fluxer). You are responsible for maintaining the security of the accounts you use to access the Service.

You must provide accurate information when creating listings and keep your listing content up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our moderation policies, or applicable law.

The Service allows users to publish public listings for bots and online communities. By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to list the bot, application, or community you submit.
• Your listing content is accurate, not misleading, and does not infringe third-party rights.
• You will label NSFW or age-restricted content appropriately where the Service provides such options.
• You will not impersonate other projects, platforms, or individuals.

We may offer tools to verify ownership of bots or servers, including OAuth flows, API tokens, and an optional read-only listing bot that can join Discord servers to read approximate member counts.

Inviting the listing bot is optional unless we clearly state otherwise for a specific feature. The listing bot is designed to use minimal permissions and does not request administrative access by default.

You grant us permission to display listing information you submit, sync publicly available or authorized statistics, and moderate listings for quality and safety.

You retain ownership of content you submit (descriptions, images, links, reviews, and similar materials).

You grant CodeCraft Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and distribute your listing content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service.

You may remove or update your listings through the dashboard where available, subject to moderation records we may retain as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Manipulate votes, reviews, rankings, or statistics through bots, fake accounts, or coordinated abuse.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service except through documented public APIs and within stated rate limits.
• Attempt to bypass security, access unauthorized areas, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that violates Discord, Fluxer, or other platform terms.
• Harass other users, moderators, or submit false reports in bad faith.

Authenticated API access may be available to bot owners for features such as stats updates, vote checks, and webhooks. API tokens are confidential and must not be shared publicly.

You must use APIs only for your own listed bots or integrations we explicitly authorize. Abuse, excessive traffic, or security violations may result in token revocation.

Public read endpoints may be rate-limited. Documentation is available at /docs/api and /docs/sdk.

We may review, approve, reject, edit visibility of, or remove listings and related content at our discretion, including through automated screening and human moderation.

We may remove content that appears misleading, unsafe, infringing, low quality, or incompatible with platform policies, with or without notice where permitted by law.

Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal and account suspension.

BotNexus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc., Fluxer, or other third-party platforms unless we expressly state otherwise.

Your use of third-party platforms remains governed by their own terms and policies. Links, install buttons, and OAuth flows are provided for convenience only.

We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, or actions taken by platform providers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accurate statistics, ranking placement, traffic, or approval of any listing.

Listings and reviews reflect user-submitted information. You should exercise your own judgment before installing bots or joining communities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeCraft Solutions and its operators, contributors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) fifty euros (€50), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeCraft Solutions from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your listings, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, listings, or API tokens if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect users or the Service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Material changes may also be announced through the Service where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring disputes in the courts of your country of residence.
